The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy cover the web workspace, plans, the customer portal and Malaysia e-Invoice. Read them before you create a workspace. GenFinovo is not a tax or accounting filing system.
What is GenFinovo?
GenFinovo is a quotations, invoices, payments and collections workspace for small businesses anywhere. Quote, invoice, collect and see what is outstanding — Plan · Track · Grow. Malaysian teams can optionally submit to LHDN MyInvois.
How do customers sign in?
Use Customer login on the sign-in screen. Enter the invited email and choose Email me a code. A one-time code is sent — no password is needed. Business login remains email and password for your team.
What can customers see in the portal?
Overview, quotations, invoices, payments, receipts, a statement, profile, portal users and notifications. Payments list each collection against an invoice. The statement shows opening balance through to outstanding.
When can I use it on my phone?
The web workspace is live now. iOS and Android will carry the same customers, documents, payments and reports when those apps launch.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for the web app — you use it in a browser with an internet connection. Mobile details will be confirmed closer to that release.
Where will my data be stored?
Business data is stored with the service and available in the browser. The same data will follow you to iOS and Android when those apps launch. See the GenFinovo Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for what you enter.
What is included in Free, Pro and Business Pro?
Free is RM0 forever, with monthly caps on invoices, quotations, emails and e-Invoice submissions. Pro is RM19 / month or RM190 / year, with unlimited documents, custom branding, an advanced dashboard and a customer portal for 10 customers. Business Pro is RM49 / month or RM490 / year, and adds team members, higher email and e-Invoice limits, team automation and advanced reporting.
Is GenFinovo only for Malaysia?
No. GenFinovo is a quotations, invoices, payments and collections workspace for small businesses anywhere. The advantage for Malaysian teams is optional LHDN MyInvois — already integrated, from Settings → Malaysia e-Invoice.
Does GenFinovo support Malaysia e-Invoice?
Yes — that is the local advantage, not a limit on who can use the desk. Optional LHDN MyInvois is configured from Settings → Malaysia e-Invoice. Issue an invoice as usual, then submit it for validation. Submission limits depend on your plan. Teams outside Malaysia use the same quotations, invoices, payments and portal without it.
Is this accounting software?
No. GenFinovo focuses on quotations, invoices, payments and reports for small businesses. It is not a full accounting or tax-filing system. Malaysian teams can optionally submit e-Invoices to LHDN MyInvois.
