1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy a one-time digital download from S Factor Technologies through this website, currently S Factor Freelancer Business Starter Kit v1 at RM19. They do not cover App Store or Google Play purchases, GenFinovo workspace plans, or custom software work.
By paying, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. The product
You are buying S Factor Freelancer Business Starter Kit v1 as a digital ZIP, delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment and no account on this website. The kit includes quotation and invoice templates, income and project trackers, a pricing calculator, a Start Here guide, a workflow checklist, client message templates and usage terms. You are responsible for checking that this matches what you need before you pay.
3. Price and payment
The price is RM19, charged once in Malaysian ringgit. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number on sfactortechnologies.com.
4. Delivery
After Stripe confirms that the payment is paid, we email a private download link to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is usually within a few minutes. The success page on this site does not contain the file.
The link is valid for 7 days and may be used up to 5 times. It is unguessable but not a login. Do not forward it. Anyone who opens it can use one of your remaining downloads.
5. Licence
Unless a licence file inside the ZIP says otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own work. You may not resell, republish or share the ZIP, the download link, or the contents as a competing product.
6. Refunds
Because this is an instantly delivered digital file, refunds are limited once the download link has been used, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise. If the email never arrived, the link never worked, or the file was unusable, write to sfactortechnologies@gmail.com from the email you used to pay.
