2. What we collect
For a RM19 purchase we handle:
- The email address (and name, if provided) that you enter on Stripe
- Payment status, amount, currency, and Stripe identifiers for the Checkout session
- Download-token use: how many times the link was used, and when
Card numbers are collected by Stripe, not by this website. This site stays static and does not host a checkout form of its own.
3. Why we use it
We use that information to confirm the payment, email the ZIP, limit downloads, prevent duplicate emails, and answer support questions about the order.
4. Who else receives it
- Stripe, to take payment
- Supabase, to store the order and generate the private file link
- Resend, to send the download email from orders@sfactortechnologies.com
We do not sell this information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for delivery, support, accounting and dispute handling. The download link itself expires after 7 days.
6. Your choices
There is no account to delete for this download. If you want us to review or correct the email stored on an order, write to sfactortechnologies@gmail.com from that address.
